Is the setup & breakdown included in the cost?
Setup and Breakdown is your responsibility, however for $300 services may be provided.
How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your date you must meet and sign a contract and agreement made on payment plan. May break up in 4 equal payments as long as balance is paid in full no later than 30 days prior to event.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, we do allow alcohol, however you must purchase additional insurance coverage through wedsafe.com or equal coverage and provide to owner 30 days prior to event.
Does the barn have an outdoor ceremony option and a rain plan?
Yes we do have an outdoor ceremony site with stationary benches in a shaded area under a gorgeous maple tree which seats up to 250 guests. In case of rain ceremony may easily be performed inside.
How many guests does the venue accommodate?
The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests
Can I use my own vendors?
Absolutely! We have an open vendor policy, however we do have a preferred vendors list that we highly recommend.

The Venue has a large parking lot with ample parking
